We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will play a critical role in keeping our office running smoothly by supporting daily operations, managing communication, and assisting with administrative tasks. 🧾 Responsibilities • Manage calendars and schedule meetings across teams • Organize and maintain physical and digital filing systems • Greet visitors and provide front desk support • Create invoices for customers • Maintain inventory of office supplies and submit purchase orders 🧠 Qualifications • Proven experience in an administrative or office support role • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other productivity tools (QuickBooks experience is a plus) • High level of discretion and professionalism • Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment 🎓 Education & Experience • High school diploma required • 2+ years of experience in a similar administrative role • If you are bilingual, that is a plus.
