Description

Team of 2 to manage 96 unit complex in Rohnert Park. Candidates must be fluent in English (Spanish is a plus), effective communicators and organizers, have California tenant/landlord experience, full maintenance capabilities, own vehicle with clean driving record, ability to follow directions, and such other experience as may be pertinent. Office manager accepts rent and other payments and deposits into bank, accepts tenant service requests, schedules outside vendors as required, performs move-in and move-out inspections, shows available units and accepts applications, other duties as directed. Maintenance manager inspects and maintains grounds (including monitoring pool chemical and water levels), handles tenant service requests, unit turns, and other duties as directed. Position is for a TEAM of 2 people, is full-time, and requires successful candidates to live onsite. Work hours are M, T. W, F 9am to 6pm and Sat 10am to 4pm. Compensation includes wages, a shared 2bdrm/2 bath apartment, utility allowance, major medical (after 90+ days), vacation, holidays and sick leave.
