Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions through data entry. Collaborate with team members to improve processes and enhance customer experiences. Utilize office software and computerized systems to manage customer accounts efficiently. Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while handling calls in a professional manner. Skills Proven experience in customer support or call center environments is preferred. Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products when appropriate. Multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing communication with diverse customers. Proficiency in data entry and familiarity with office software applications. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ensuring clarity in all interactions. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail for accurate record keeping.
