Welder Helper/Shop Hand (Tomball)

Seeking a motivated, qualified individual to join our team. This is a very versatile position that requires common knowledge of hand/power tools, Plasma/Oxy-Fuel Cutting, and Bandsaw Operations to name a few. Experience with GMAW/FCAW processes, ability to read and interpret blueprints/drawings to assist with prep/fit-up is highly sought. Shop Hand duties include but are not limited to, assisting with facility management and grounds maintenance, cutting scrap/bulky items, equipment repairs, forklift operations, etc. Must have reliable transportation, must have ability to use a measuring tape and applicable precision measuring instruments. Able to perform tasks that involve, standing, bending, crouching, and walking for prolonged periods in extreme weather conditions. Willingness to learn and adapt to new techniques and maintain a clean, safe working environment. Skills that are good to have but not required: Mechanically Inclined Electrical Knowledge/Troubleshooting CNC Plasma Table Operations/Maintenance Manual Machining Shift/Schedule: 8-hour shifts, Monday-Friday, Occasional Overtime, Weekends as needed.
