ShareRole Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Waterproofing Balcony Installer located in Greater Houston. Installer will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to construction and waterproofing. Day-to-day tasks include flashing, waterproofing, material handling, measuring and marking surfaces to lay out work, calculating quantities and determining appropriate materials, use of hand tools, and following safety procedures to ensure a safe work environment. Qualifications -Experience in waterproofing, construction industry, with knowledge of construction tools, materials, methods, and practices -Must be dependable and be on time -40 hour week, Daily start time 6:30am -Experience in measuring and marking surfaces to lay out work, calculating quantities, and determining appropriate materials -Experience with metal flashing -Physical dexterity and stamina, with the ability to lift heavy objects and work in a variety of weather conditions -Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a team environment -MUST have dependable transportation. TRUCK REQUIRED -MUST have valid Drivers License -Candidates with prior experience in waterproofing and building construction is a must -Strong leadership skills and ability to work with a team.
