Ability to diagnose and repair hardware and software issues efficiently. Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong communication and customer service skills. Adept at working independently and as part of a team. Technical certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network+, or similar) are a plus. Familiarity with both Windows and Mac operating systems.
