HVAC installers need to listen to their foreman and work well with other members of their team to complete the project they are placed on. Duties and Responsibilities: • Receive direct supervision. • Performs technical installation for sheet metal and systems as directed. • Contributes to the development and improvement of concepts, techniques and procedures. • Contributes to a team under the supervision of an experienced professional or manager. • Requires judgment or initiative in resolving issues and making recommendations. • Perform journeyman level, installation, alteration and repair of commercial sheet metal products and equipment in accordance with blueprints, drawings and work orders. Qualifications and Skills: • Minimum of 5-year experience as a Sheet Metal Installer/Tinner • Must have all necessary tools required to perform the work • Must have a valid driver's license and clean driving record and reliable transportation to and from the jobsite. • Must be physically able to meet physical expectations for the job • OSHA 10/30 and EPA preferred We pride ourselves on customer service, accuracy, and professionalism.
