e-Commerce Lister & Shipment technician Job Overview: This is an on-site, in warehouse job, not a remote position. Seeking an assistant e-commerce lister who in addition to using computer and e-commerce sales and research skills will be able to perform physical tasks such as cleaning, prepping items for shipping, some heavy lifting of medical equipment and palletizing. There is potential for benefits such as dental, health, vision, and 401k. We're a medical equipment repair & sales company looking for an individual who has experience with posting auction-style listings & online listings of equipment. Sales and research knowledge is necessary, however, our e-commerce manager/advisor will be able to provide some on-the job training as needed. Be aware, this job will require some heavy lifting of medical equipment to prepare for shipment. We are seeking preferably detail-oriented, motivated, and experienced individual to hire who carries advanced or basic knowledge of various online selling platforms to create, update, and maintain product listings, ensuring that all listings are optimized for visibility and sales. Your contributions will directly impact our online presence and customer engagement, making this a critical position within our organization. This is an onsite office/warehouse job in Pacoima. Please visit our website for better understanding of the service and devices we sell. www.medicalrv.com Job Duties/Responsibilities: -Inventory existing equipment -Create and manage product listings across multiple e-commerce platforms, primarily on e-Bay -Ensure all product descriptions are accurate, engaging, and optimized for search engines. -Clean, package and ship sold equipment (UPS, USPS FedEx Deliveries), which often requires heavy lifting of medical equipment. -Search for online manuals to test and calibrate units -New inventory price research/comparisons -Clean, stage and photograph new equipment & list for sale -Respond to online inquiries -Take on Administrative tasks -List, manage and update the online product listings, including setting up new products -Provide excellent customer service through effective phone etiquette when addressing inquiries related to online orders. -Maintain up- to-date knowledge of e-commerce trends and platform updates. - Perform quality checks on existing listings to ensure accuracy and compliance with platform guidlines. Job Requirements: -Be punctual, dependable, accurate, detail-oriented & a team player -Reliable Car & Cell Phone -Knowledge in Photoshop & Microsoft Word -Adequate Typing Skills, communication, and research skills -Must have decent knowledge of computer basics at minimum. -Be able to clean and prep items for shipping, which requires some heavy lifting and palletizing of medical equipment. -Good Customer Service & Proper Grammar -Work with search keyword techniques to improve search results of products -Must be proactive, be able to take direction well and able to adapt to new responsibilities over time!
