Commercial concrete contractor seeking a senior level concrete estimator with a minimum of 10 years’ experience who will be responsible for developing accurate and timely proposals and estimates for commercial projects. We are seeking out the right candidate for this position and will consider candidates that have the experience required to be successful and have a strong work ethic. Candidate should be open to new ideas and incorporating new technology Responsibilities: All Project Estimating responsibilities Update databases as needed Prepare accurate takeoffs and materials pricing Determine labor, materials, and equipment costs Meet and maintain all bid and project schedules Prepare bid / proposal compilations Submit materials purchase requisitions Develop and maintain client relations Review plans & specifications Perform quantity take-offs Estimate all costs Produce project bid schedule Solicit vendor and 2nd tier subcontractor quotes Negotiate and close the sale Turnover project to PM
