We have a small, tight-knit team, a robust wine and cocktail program, and a loyal, growing customer-base. Requirements: We are looking for at least 2 years of recent, high-volume serving experience. Wine knowledge is a huge plus as we are primarily a wine bar, but we do provide wine training. We are a pooled house, so teamwork and helping to take care of guests outside of your section is essential. Schedule: 3-4 days a week, Wednesday through Sunday. Must be able to lift up to 50lbs and be able to bend, reach, and remain on your feet for up to 7 hours straight. Duties: Duties include but are not limited to -getting ice for the bar -changing CO2 tanks -restocking beer and wine throughout service and at the end of the night -monitoring stock of cold wines and icing more bottles down as needed -refilling juices and syrups for the bartender -batching house cocktails, syrups, etc for the bartender -polishing glassware (a lot!)
