$700 / 1br - 140ft2 - Large Room w/Shared bath (Falls Church/Merrifield)

Thanks for looking. We have a second hall bedroom that shares the hall bath with one other tenant. The room is furnished with a double bed, dresser and night stand. It is approximately 140 sq. ft. including the closet. The room comes with modified use of the common areas (kitchen, laundry, LR and DR from 5:30 am to 11:30 pm). Each room has its own designated pantry area and cooking utensils et al are available for your use. We are looking for a male, ‘geocommuter’ as the other tenant who shares the bathroom is a male. Rent is $700/month paid in advance with a $700 security deposit required prior to moving in. Each tenant will be responsible for ¼ of the utilities to encourage responsible usage. The house is clean and most of all, quiet. We enjoy a very respectful environment among the occupants. Because of the type of tenant we are looking for, we try to keep the place an easy asset to everyone’s professional endeavors. No drug/alcohol abuse, no parties, no pets. The location is ideal for commuting. 1 mile to the Dunn Loring metro, right next to a public golf course, near to the restaurants, cinema and shopping in the Mosaic District of Merrifield. 10 minutes from Tysons Corner.
