TV with cable/HBO Gas stove/refrigerator, toaster oven or air fryer, microwave. Twin sized bed only. Washer & dryer are located in the basement of the main house up front. Looking for a single, responsible, mature adult who will be gentle with the cottage and leave the premises neat. Please note: ONLY available from October 23th to November 13th. Sorry no pets allowed due to allergies. Total Rent for the period from October 23th to November 13th is $1100 with a $300 security deposit.
