Aloha: Please read entire post. Hopefully it will answer most of your questions and save us both some time. Fully furnished bedroom with a full size bed. dresser / chest, nightstand and lamp, ceiling fan, etc. Also a personal refrigerator. Free washer and dryer. All Utilities Are Included In The Rent. (Water, Electricity, WiFi) Housekeeping (if / when necessary) is additional. Seeking a mellow, mature, easygoing, financially stable, environmentally conscience, considerate, clean and neat single, roommate. Female is strongly preferred as this bedroom shares a full bathroom with another single, female roommate who is uncomfortable sharing the bathroom with a straight male. Available to a (1) single, roommate only. No couples, children, pets or overnight guests. No drugs, alcohol, nicotine, cigarettes or any smoking, vaping, etc. Vegetarian is also preferred. You don’t to be vegetarian but our kitchen is ! It’s not all about diet. I have found that vegetarians are mellower, happier, healthier, easy going, non-violent, more intelligent and likely to be socially and politically liberal. Long term is prefered but shorter term may be okay for the right person. This is a quiet neighborhood, a cul- de-sac (a street closed at one end) This is a great home for someone who works nights, also students and working adults. This is not a party house ! An equal, refundable cleaning, damage, security deposit and the first month’s rent ($1600.00) is required to move in. Cash is preferred, it's just so much easier. The deposit can not be used as the last months rent. Rent is due on or before the first of every month. We have to pay our rent on time. A late fee will apply. We are environment and earth friendly so we recycle and compost as much as possible. Please be clean and neat. Clean up after yourself in the kitchen, bathroom and other common areas. Don't leave it for someone else to pick up after you. We can hire a housekeeper if necessary for deeper cleaning. The cost is approximately $25.per hour and is divided equally between all roommates. Obviously the cleaner the house is, the less the housekeeping costs are. Due to the coronavirus and general safety precautions visitors and guests are discouraged. Only fully coronavirus vaccinated applicants will be considered. Available only to applicants that are on island now. An in person interview is required.
