The DEAL: $800 for a single room, $1500 for TWO rooms and a private bathroom (in the upstairs suite) 1/2 utilities, or 1/3 depending on roommates. Split equally. Room can be furnished with a king size sleep number or not. Utilities: on a budget pay plan, so they will always be $380 a month until rollover next year and I figure out the new rate (shouldn't change much). You will only pay HALF of that a month regardless of room selection, but only 1/3 if two people move in. So $190, or $126 if you bring a friend. Rooms available NOW! Can pro-rate through October. PETS: - 🐕✅ - 🐈 HYPOALLERGENIC BREEDS ONLY I love cats, I'm just hella allergic. I WILL ignore that and cuddle the hell out of them and then suffer. So it's best to only have hypo kitties. NOTICE - all potential roommates will need to be interviewed, have verifiable income, and be drug/addiction free. No smoking. Vaping is fine outside, weed is also ok outside. I just don't want to live in the smell of it all the time.
