Room for Rent in private home in good neighborhood. I've rented to international students at Southern NH University and it's close to the corner of Elm St. and Webster Street in Manchester, NH. There are dentists, doctors, food stores within 3 blocks, some restaurants too. It's a 15 minute walk to downtown and about 2 miles from SNHU. I do a background check and credit check because this is my personal home and I live here. It's $750 per month and there's a damage/clean-up deposit due at time of rental.
