Looking for THREE roommates! Three bedrooms available in beautiful 4-bedroom pre-war apartment on designated historic brownstone block in Crown Heights. 6 min walk from Nostrand A/C line (4-stops to Manhattan). Dean Street and New York Avenue. Available starting Oct 15…Nov 1 latest move in date. Upfront disclaimers 1) there are no fees of any kind (other than standard security deposit after submitting documents and signing 2) this is my apartment (I’m not the roommate). There are 4-bedrooms in the apartment…I have one person signed on however you will get to meet everyone prior to signing to make sure it's a good fit for all. 3) The pics of furniture are from a previous tenant – the apartment is currently completely vacant and being refreshed starting Monday. 4) Rooms range from $1100 - $1650 About the apartment/building… The building was built in 1906 and is classic pre-war style with 13ft high ceilings and 6ft high windows. The apartment has been updated with a renovated kitchen, bathroom and light fixtures. The building has also never been subdivided into smaller apartments…as you can see from the pictures the apartment is absolutely huge. About the street/neighborhood… We are located on a historic and architecturally significant street with three beautiful churches on 1 ¼ blocks! It’s beautifully quiet however we are also a two-block walk to King Tai (the cutest little cocktail bar that let’s you sit outside and order takeout)…there’s also a beautiful little community garden right next door to it. Many bars and restaurants one block away on Nostrand Avenue. We are also three-blocks away from Franklin Avenue (which is literally all bars and restaurants). If you need quiet time, we are also 3-blocks to Brower Park and also a 20 min walk to Prospect Park. About you…those who tow a lovely line between being sociable, respecting privacy and having a life outside of the apartment. People from all walks of life, genders and sexualities are welcome to apply but please be a decent human who enjoys living in a (super!) clean space and is respectful of everyone. About transport… We are a 6 minute walk to the A-train at Nostrand Avenue station. It's express so 4 stops and you're in manhattan. We also have a bus that drops you at the front door, as well as other bus lines one block away. Requirements In terms of requirements, will need a security deposit (only after signing) and also documents to demonstrate you have either paid your rent on time (obviously understand various situations with student dorm room housing/remote work etc and can work around them within reason) and/or documents (paystubs/stipends/savings account) to show you’re responsible and will honor your rental agreement.
