This apartment has in-unit laundry and central A/C and heat. The apartment is a 1 hour trip to O’Hare via public transportation, close to Wrigley, Boystown, and the Lake. No pets or smoking in the apartment per landlord, 420 friendly. Looking for a quiet professional roommate. No smoking (at all), No weed (inside). Clean. Reliable.
