Fully equipped kitchen + 2 bathrooms + covered front porch with 3 rocking chairs. We keep things minimalist, tidy & tended well without having to meet about it. Will consider *very* well behaved pets. RATE: $950/month for a furnished room + use of the house, kitchen, living & dining rooms.
