Sublet! My apartment will be available for subletting (fully furnished) for 1-3 months (flexible) starting in early-mid October. The building has wonderful amenities (extensive gym, outdoor pool, outdoor grills, conference rooms, lounge/coworking space, billiards, on-demand yoga classes, coffee machine, on-site printer, etc.) - you can see more on the SoNo East Apartments website (https://www.sonoeast.com/Gallery.aspx). The building is located near North & Clybourn station (just a few minutes walk) which is on the Red Line, and is a 17 min walk to the Brown/Purple line. The building is surrounded by many stores, restaurants, bars, and also the Steppenwolf Theater. Also, Whole Foods, Mariano's, Target, are in walking distance. The apartment is a one-bedroom and has central AC/heating, an in-unit washer/dryer, quite large gas range gas stove and oven, espresso pod machine, bathtub, and an incredible westward view of Chicago (including beautiful sunsets!). The given monthly rent is inclusive of the building's utilities package and then internet & electricity will be an extra $60/mo. Bringing pets will not be an option, and I will not be able to accommodate parking in the building, though there are lots nearby. An eventual lease takeover option may be available.
