About the Role As a Sales Solutionist, you’ll be the trusted expert who helps homeowners solve water management and drainage problems. You’ll meet with pre-qualified leads, inspect their homes, educate them on options, and recommend the right solutions — all while representing our brand with professionalism and enthusiasm. This is a commission-based position with 9% commission on all closed sales. The harder you work, the more you earn — top performers are consistently rewarded. What You’ll Do Meet with qualified leads (no cold calling!) generated by our marketing and customer care teams Perform on-site assessments to identify gutter and drainage needs Provide homeowners with clear, honest, and educational product recommendations Prepare and present professional proposals using company software and tools Close sales and ensure a smooth transition to the installation team Follow up to maintain long-term customer relationships and referrals Participate in ongoing training and skill development What We’re Looking For Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Customer-first mindset — focus on solving, not just selling Motivated, self-disciplined, and goal-oriented Comfortable using technology (CRM, proposal software, tablets, etc.) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Prior in-home sales or construction experience preferred (but not required — we’ll train the right person!)
