> Sales and Marketing Associate The Position Ideum seeks a full-time Sales and Marketing Associate to support our B2B marketing and sales initiatives. We design and build touch tables and multitouch displays, selling our products worldwide to museums, Fortune 500 companies, startups, labs, universities, government agencies, and more.  We are looking for a detail-oriented professional with 2-3 years of experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for technology. This onsite position at our scenic Corrales, New Mexico studio will support both the marketing and sales teams, reporting directly to the Manager of Sales and Marketing, and working closely with team members across departments ,including hardware, design, production, and executive leadership. The ideal candidate would help us deepen the connections with our important partners and clients, and would help to grow our marketing and social media reach.  Responsibilities Create engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and other digital marketing efforts Assist in organizing promotional events, both on- and off-campus Collaborate with the design and content teams for marketing collateral Direct help with inbound sales support, both via email and phone Generate and share quotes, sales orders, and other documents Helps organize the shipment of products with our extended team and partners Maintain and update CRM systems with lead and customer information Support the sales team in lead generation, outreach, and follow-ups (we do not cold-call) Support the sales and marketing team with other duties as needed Requirements Proficiency in Windows OS, Microsoft Office, and Google Suite Basic computer skills and knowledge, particularly of the Windows platform Familiarity with basic sales and marketing principles Familiarity with social media marketing content creation and strategies Demonstrated written communication skills Excellent verbal skills Strong organizational skills Dependability and commitment to results Ability to work independently and in a team environment Extra Credit Experience with CRM software Experience with technical writing and/or copy editing Knowledge of PC or AV systems Experience with Adobe Creative Suite Experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other online advertising platforms Experience with Google Analytics Background or interest in technology, engineering, or related fields Photography and/or video skills About Ideum We are a multidisciplinary experience design firm specializing in emerging technologies for museums, cultural institutions, and Fortune 500 companies. Job Details This job is onsite at our offices in Corrales, NM. The position pays $40K to $50K annually or more, depending on experience.
