Immigration Attorney – Multiple Positions (New York City)

We are a busy and rapidly expanding immigration law firm representing clients in asylum, removal defense, family-based immigration, appeals, VAWA, and business immigration cases. As our caseload continues to grow, we are hiring for multiple full-time positions. We welcome experienced, motivated, and detail-oriented professionals who are passionate about immigration law and enjoy working in a collaborative, fast-paced, and multicultural environment. With a current full-time staff of 25 employees, we are hiring for the following positions: * Asylum & Removal Defense Attorney * Detention Center Immigration Attorney * Appellate Attorney (BIA & Federal Courts) * VAWA Attorney * Business Immigration Attorney (O-1, EB-1, E-2, etc.) * Marriage-Based / Family Immigration Attorney * Compliance & Quality Assurance Attorney Qualifications * Licensed attorney (admitted to practice law in any U.S. state). * At least one full year of immigration attorney experience. * Bilingual proficiency in any foreign language. * Authorized to work in the US. * Available full-time. * Strong organization, attention to detail, and multitasking ability. * Compassionate and professional communication with clients Why Join Our Firm: We offer a supportive, collaborative, and inclusive environment where professional growth is encouraged.
