Woodworker – Millman Key Responsibilities: • Set up, operate, and maintain Weinig moulders, rip saws, jointers, planers, grinders, and similar equipment. • Create custom tooling for moulders, conventional and CNC shapers using waterjet, knife grinder, and optical comparator and related tools. • Install knives in cutterheads, adjust, and re-sharpen. • Participate in the completion of a wide variety of small batch highly custom millwork orders each day. Position Requirements: • High school diploma or equivalent education. • Minimum of five years’ experience setting up and operating stationary machinery commonly used in custom millwork manufacturing. • Ability to read, understand and accurately interpret detailed shop drawings. • Understand working properties and grading of all architectural woodwork products.
