Description: YBMG is seeking a roofer with a minimum of 10 years of proven experience. Compensation can be up to $65,000 per year for qualified individuals. Responsibilities and Requirements: • Repair and maintain roofs (no more than three stories) • Candidate must have experience with flat roofs, tile roofs, and gutters. • The person must be reliable and able to work overtime and weekends if necessary. • Candidate must have their own tools and truck or van. This position may require travel to different locations within the metroplex. • Candidate must be able to read diagrams, blueprints, and other specifications. • Candidate must have experience with power and hand tools. • Candidate must have extensive knowledge of workplace safety practices and be able to complete safety training conducted by the company. • Candidate must be courteous and respectful toward coworkers and residents. • Candidate must have strong verbal and written communication skills. • Candidate must demonstrate integrity and professionalism at all times. • Candidate must be able to pass a drug test and criminal background check. • Candidate must have a high school diploma or GED. • Candidate must be able to climb ladders exceeding 15 feet. • Candidate must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
