Pest Control Technician-Commercial (San Diego)

I'm looking for someone to table saw and chop saw a large amount of wood for me. I would bring the wood and work with you to make sure you have the process down. I can pay $20/hr or per material amount.

Maintenance Tech / Handyman Maintenance and repair skills required. Looking for Tech for busy facilities maintenance company with plumbing, light electrical and general handyman experience. This is for commercial buildings and 1-2 years previous experience is preferred. Detailed phone APP knowledge and computer skills required. Reliable vehicle and your own tools are also required. IMPORTANT: We utilize multiple Apps for our clients and you must have an Android phone for this position. Iphones do not work. You need to be a motivated self starter that is well organized. Scope of work can consist of 1 - 3 jobs a day. We pay hourly wage, mileage and travel in between jobs. Pay day is every other Friday.

We cover the entire Southwest so must be able to travel regularly. We are looking for an installation supervisor with experience in both installation and team management. The supervisor will report directly to the owner, and will oversee hiring, firing, write ups (with approval by the owner). Daily overseeing of crews and laborers on multiple jobsites. The supervisor will also handle daily timesheets, receipts, keep a log of equipment that is out in the field, and make sure that product is being loaded accordingly per project.
