I focus on high-quality residential renovations and I don't mind taking the time to find the right next person to join the team. Ideally, you would have a wide background of skills, but the most important thing is that you have an attitude of "I'm here to listen, I'm here to learn and I'm focused on getting better at my craft." We’re looking for a motivated installer/helper to join our team. Job Duties Include: Mixing and applying epoxy, flakes, and polyaspartic topcoats. Polyurea experience is a plus. Operating a 22" planetary grinder and 7" hand-held cup wheel for prep and edge work Properly treating cracks, divots, and repairs before coating Scraping/vacuuming flakes and assisting with topcoat application General jobsite and shop support (loading materials, cleanup, etc.) Qualifications: Experience in coatings, flooring, or construction trades a plus (will train the right person) Able to lift 30+ lbs and work on your feet.
