Seeking an experienced all around maintenance technician with proficiency in plumbing who is detail-oriented, works well with tenants and has a strong ability to handle a wide range of diverse repair, replacement and renovation projects. We are a full service property management company includes a 18 person plumbing, maintenance and painting team. Job Tasks  Interior apartment renovations  Troubleshoot a wide variety of plumbing issues on the typical San Diego aging housing stock.  Install, repairs and maintenance, meeting the highest level of building standards  Emergency repairs such as slab leaks and water heater installs  Keep track of job time and provide accurate job description Qualifications & Industry Knowledge  A minimum of 5 years of handyman or plumbing or carpentry experience  Must have and carry your own tools  Must have a truck or van plus a valid license and insurance  Troubleshooting – Have the ability to identify problems quickly and efficiently.  Read/Write - Ability to read service orders and write job summary in English.
