You’ll manage multiple in-house crews, coordinate field operations, and ensure job sites are safe, efficient, and high-quality. This is a boots-on-the-ground leadership role — perfect for someone who’s ready to take ownership and grow within a company that promotes from within. This role requires extensive field experience in residential foundation repair, carpentry, and concrete forming, as well as expertise in grade beams, caissons, and seismic retrofitting. Helical Drilling, is looking for an experienced Foreman. Helical is a geotechnical design build contractor that does work all over New England. The foreman is responsible for their assigned project and crew. Their primary responsibilities are to oversee and maintain a safe work environment. They will guide and direct the crew along with managing the daily activities of the project. They will ensure that the project is built according to the design submittal. They will keep General Superintendent (GS) & Construction Project Manager (CPM) informed on the status of the project daily or as needed and will also coordinate site activities with the General Contractor and with the GS & CPM when required. Requirements • Have at least 5 consecutive years of concrete finishing experience!! And provide verifiable work history. • Able to fluently speak, read, and write in English.
