Snow Removal Company Looking for skid loader and plow truck owner/operators or company with this type of equipment. Must Have experience pushing snow in either a skid loader or a plow truck. Must be available every snow and on call all winter.

Immediate opening, We are seeking an experienced Lead Carpenter with a minimum of 5 years experience. Individual needs to be competent and knowledgeable in framing through finish work with the ability to read blue prints. Must be able to work independently as well as direct and teach other apprentice carpenters on the job. Employee must be able to perform manual labor, be organized, have good problem-solving skills and focused attention to details. Reliable and able to work 40 hrs per week M-F. Need to have own hand tools. Reliable transportation. Must be able to pass a Background Check and Drug Screening. We offer 100% employer paid Health Insurance for the employee. I deliver household appliances (TV's, dishwashers, microwaves, stoves, fridges) at residential customers while using great care and professionalism. My team represents the company in a professional manner and CUSTOMER SATISFACTION IS THE PRIMARY FOCUS. POSITION: INSTALLER: Installer will have the responsibility of working with customers. Also, checking in load for delivery, taking pictures of load tag and product on the dock; take pictures after every delivery and/or installation. Also make detailed notes about the delivery if needed. Installation will consist of installing Dishwashers, Microwaves, cooktops and Stoves and Refrigerators. We also uninstalled some items on the old product. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE! POSITION: HELPER: Helper prepares the truck, keeps the truck in order with all the return items, savage items and trash. The helper will also help delivering and assemble new products in customers' homes . Helper helps with taking pictures of load tag and product on the dock; take pictures after every delivery and/or installation. The helper may also assist the Driver in any way necessary. NO experience is needed but must be willing to learn. Start ASAP! Pays $180 - $200 a day! (depending on experience) Have Experience? Job Description The Insulation Helper/Installer is an entry to mid-level crew member who supports the Lead Installer in executing spray foam insulation projects. This role is responsible for prep, setup, assistance during spray application, cleanup, and general site support to ensure jobs are completed efficiently, safely, and to company standards. Responsibilities - Assist Lead Installer with daily spray foam operations - Prepare job sites (masking, covering windows, sealing openings, staging materials) - Install fiberglass, Rockwool, and blown-in insulation (training provided if needed) - Load, unload, and organize spray foam equipment and materials - Monitor hoses, spray gun, and machinery during operation - Maintain cleanliness of job site, rig and equipment - Ensure waste disposal and recycling of used materials is handled properly - Refuel generators as needed each day (company pays for fuel) - Occasionally run to our distributors or Home Depot for materials - Complete end-of-day checklist with Lead Installer Required Skills - Must have valid drivers license and clean driving record - Reliable transportation to and from job sites each day (truck required) - Prior construction or trade experience helpful but not required - Use common hand tools such as knives, scissors, saws, and staple guns - Comfortable working in tight spaces, attics, crawlspaces, and on ladders - Strong teamwork and communication skills - Willingness to learn spray foam techniques and advance within company Job Type: Full-time Pay: $750.00 - $875.00 / week ($16-19/hr) If you have the skills and qualifications required for this position, we encourage you to apply.
