Mentor junior mechanics and be the go-to expert in the shop. 5–10 years of professional mechanic experience with a focus on diesel engines and heavy equipment or truck repair. Strong troubleshooting and repair skills across diesel, electrical, and hydraulic systems. Prior experience mentoring or coordinating with other mechanics is preferred. Commitment to safety, reliability, and high-quality workmanship. Prefer Class A CDL but not required. Year-round stability with no seasonal gaps.
