Responsibilities: - Lead and execute a variety of residential remodeling projects from start to finish, specializing in areas like kitchens, bathrooms, and basements. Perform skilled tasks including: - Carpentry (rough and finish) - Some Drywall installation and repair - Some Painting (interior and exterior) - Flooring installation (tile, wood, etc.) - Cabinet and countertop installation - Minor plumbing and electrical (replacing fixtures, etc.) - Demolition and site preparation - Collaborate with clients to understand their vision and deliver tailored remodeling solutions. - Coordinate with other team members, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth project execution. - Ensure all work complies with local building codes and safety regulations. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times.
