STOLEN HALLOWEEN COSTUME!!! (Baltimore)

I love Baltimore. I haven't had a package Stolen in 2 years of living here, that being said, all of the sudden I moved and got my package stolen not even 20 minutes after delivery. had my Halloween costume stolen. It was a 4x Fallen Angel costume with wings, a corset, a little skirt attachment, and a halo. It was stolen while school was being let out. I have put in a police report. I recommend that you or your child leaves my costume behind my trash can or on my porch, or even let me come pick it up, and I will cancel my police report and will not press charges/sue. If not, I will be persuing you. There are cameras nearby and I will be asking my neighbors for footage. It was a gift and I'm very upset it was taken. I have PTSD and this has effected me Immensely. If you have any dignity, sense of humanity, or even an ounce of regret, please return it. I understand we are all going through tough times, especially now, but I feel violated honestly. We both know it's probably too big for you anyways. I found the packaging near a tree, but the costume was gone.
