S. David & Co. LLC., a nationally recognized commercial painting contractor is seeking a skilled Sr. Lead Foreman to join our production team. Known for excellence in high-quality projects, we deliver top tier results on diverse commercial projects, from healthcare to aerospace. As a Sr. Lead Foreman, you will be a member of our production team ensuring projects meet our standards for quality and efficiency. Key responsibilities include: • Visiting multiple jobs daily in the Jacksonville metro area. • Overseeing field productivity and manpower efficiency. • Conduct quality control inspections to ensure company standards are met. • Assist with planning daily activities so material and supplies are on site. The Sr. Foreman should possess: • Technical knowledge of coating techniques (spraying, brushing, rolling). • Working knowledge of various coatings (paints, epoxies and stains). • Experience in surface preparation of various substrates. Additional requirements include: reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, drug screening, background check and E-Verify. Must be able to access municipal and federal facilities. Full Job Description Commercial Building Maintenance "Light Duty" This position is responsible for the day-to-day maintenance activities at various commercial properties within the Anchorage area. This position works with and through the Property Management team and assists in providing excellent customer service to our owners, tenants, and vendors that service these properties. Responsibilities: • Perform miscellaneous “Light Duty” maintenance in all areas of commercial buildings and some snow shoveling. • Provide prompt and courteous responses to all tenant requests for building maintenance service through a work order process. • Respond to alarms in the building in conjunction with the Property Manager and local authorities that may be responding to the alarms. • Change light bulbs and ballasts in building lighting fixtures. • Make daily morning rounds to visually inspect and correct any deficiencies including trash pick-up. • Clean, lubricate and service small equipment as may be necessary and only as directed by the Property Manager. • Power wash plazas in the summer months in the early hours and sweep plazas during the winter months to keep a neat and clean appearance. • Assist contractors and vendors on an as-needed basis and as determined by the Property Manager. • Must be willing and able to be on-call for after-hours emergencies (on a rotational basis). • Perform other related duties as assigned by management. This job description reflects a list of essential responsibilities and attempts to define the type of person needed for the position. It is not restricted to just those tasks defined herein as there will be other tasks assigned on an as-needed basis. Position is Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. with overtime as needed. Benefits include medical insurance, vacation and sick leave with additional paid holidays, and 401k benefits. Physical Requirements: • Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend and crawl occasionally into awkward spaces. • Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at a time. Knowledge and Experience: • Must be able to work successfully in a team environment. • Must have a strong customer service focus and be comfortable working in an environment where work assignments and priorities can change quickly. • Must be detail-oriented, conscientious, and have a dependable work ethic. • Must be organized and have good high-level oral and communication skills in order to interface with many different people.
