Track project progress, budgets, and change orders while maintaining strong client communication. Qualifications 2+ years of experience in Drywall & Acoustical construction estimating and/or project management. Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or related field (preferred). Proficiency with On Center Software estimating software (On Screen Take-Off & Quick Bid) and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Procore). Communication skills are critical as we primarily assist customers in-person and over the phone. Code implementation. • Implement Kitchen safety program, including proper accident prevention. Education and Experience Requirements • 2-4 Years prior high volume food production in New York City • Prior line Chef experience required • English language required. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
