TEXT ONY (239) 710-0601 Position Overview We are seeking a Tile, Drywall & Demolition Helper to assist our remodel team with interior finishes and prep work. This hands-on role supports bathroom and kitchen remodels, repipes, and home improvement projects. The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and ready to learn multiple trades, including tile, drywall, and light plumbing support. Key Responsibilities Assist with demolition work, including removing tile, drywall, flooring, and fixtures safely and cleanly Prepare job sites for remodels by covering surfaces, setting up tools, and removing debris Support with tile installation, including cutting, mixing thinset, grouting, and cleanup Help with drywall hanging, taping, mudding, sanding, and patchwork after plumbing or remodel work Carry and organize materials, tools, and supplies at job sites Load/unload vans and restock materials daily Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace at all times Follow directions from the lead remodel technician and project manager Assist plumbers and finish tradesmen as needed Requirements 2+ years of experience in construction, demolition, drywall, or tile preferred Understanding of hand and power tools (grinders, drills, saws, etc.) Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor daily Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred Benefits Full-time position with career growth opportunities Weekly pay Company uniforms and tools provided after probation period Supportive, family-oriented team culture focused on excellence and pride in workmanship Diamond Plumbing is a family-owned and operated plumbing and construction company proudly serving South Florida for over 25 years.
