We are seeking full-time, professional, and customer service-driven individuals to join our Dock Staff team at our Boat Club locations in Pompano Beach & Fort Lauderdale. Availability on weekends and weekdays is required. Applicants must be dependable and possess their own transportation. While knowledge of local waterways is preferred, it is not mandatory. Marine mechanical knowledge is a plus. Qualifications: -MUST be able to operate boats under 30' -Outstanding customer service skills -Strong time management and organizational abilities -Clear and effective communication with team members, club owners, and members -Keen attention to detail -Ability to foster positive relationships with both team members and customers - MUST work weekends Key Responsibilities: -Clean and maintain the club's fleet of boats to the highest standards -Confirm reservations with members over the phone -Assist members and their guests with boarding and disembarking boats, including managing boating supplies, fishing gear, coolers, etc. -Support members with docking upon departure and upon return to the dock -Operate boats up to 30’ in and out of slips -Utilize the online reservation system to log engine hours, fuel usage, and safety equipment -Inspect boats before and after each member's use to ensure no damage has occurred -Coordinate any necessary maintenance or repairs with the operations team or external vendors Compensation: Hourly pay ranges from $15.00 to $17.00, PLUS daily cash gratuities from members.
