We are looking for a Cultivation Technician Assistant that can perform the duties below in accordance with the Company's standard operating procedures. In this farm there are two roles you may pick from, or do both of: • Assist cultivation manager and lead cultivators with all aspects of the cultivation process. Cultivation includes plant maintenance on all aspects of growth cycle including: • Cloning • Vegetative • Flowering • Take-down and post-harvest • Assist with defoliation, pruning, and up-potting, and trellising • Conduct irrigation maintenance • Maintain appropriate biosecurity measures • Clean and sanitize workspace per Company SOPs. • Assist with plant movements in accordance with Company SOPs and state regulation. Skills and experience you have... • Previous experience in a labor/general labor role strongly desired. • Strong attention to detail and familiar with warehouse procedures. • Basic weights and measurement skills, ability to operate a scale. • Ability to complete works in a timely manner and continually strive to increase productivity. • Ability to stand for long period of time and regularly lift up to 50 lbs. • Ability to work with a team as well as independently. • Ability to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and/ or holidays, up to 6 days a week or 55 hours a week. * Must be at least 21 years of age. * Must have an OLCC Worker Permit. It's $100 and is valid for 5 years to work in any cannabis or liquor business in Oregon. 6. As soon as you pay for your permit you will be issued a temporary permit.
