The Field Supervisor is responsible for maintaining the daily performance goals of the Field Crew members. The Supervisor must be knowledgeable of various trades, including but not limited to shower glass installation, mirror installation, bathroom accessories installation. Primary duties and responsibilities may include: • Supervise Fields Crews in the day to day functions of various project assignments • Conduct safety awareness meetings to promote compliance and a safe working environment • Assist in recruiting, interviewing and training of Field Crew members • Ensure the quality of workmanship is always up to company standard • Inspect work progress, equipment and facilities to verify safety or to ensure specifications are met. • Must be able to Pass a drug test Key Competencies: • Knowledge of tools, equipment, quality control and processes involved in the preservation/renovation industry • Excellent interpersonal skills • Good verbal and written communication skills • Ability to lead and direct employees • MUST be Bilingual English/Spanish • Reliable, Punctual ************************************************************************************************************ El supervisor de campo es responsable de mantener los objetivos de desempeño diarios de los miembros del equipo de campo.
