Delivery and Customer Support Driver Above all we are looking to hire someone with a great attitude. You will have frequent contact with our customers both in person and on the phone. DESCRIPTION: Your job title will be Delivery Driver and Sales Support, and your activities will primarily be in the area of product delivery and customer care, as well as general work in the warehouse as needed. Check needed inventory for accuracy, accountability, and recording as it is removed from warehouse. -Deliver product to customers. -Clean and inspect customers coffee machines. -Communicate with management, technicians, and sales team as needed. -Produce accurate and timely administrative documents, such as work orders, time reporting, receipts, truck stock inventory… -Preparation and/or processing of shipping documents, to ensure orders are shipped with accuracy and in a timely manner. -Assist in the preparation of espresso and coffee machines for installation at customer sites. -Repair espresso and coffee machines at warehouse as needed and trained to do so. -Read, review, and understand any machine user manuals, troubleshooting guides and technical training presentations as needed. -General cleanup of workplace, to include vehicles. This includes relevant areas at customer accounts. Other Requirements: Ability to occasionally lift 75 pounds, and regularly 25 lbs. Clean motor vehicle record. Data entry using various software products such as excel and word, and company specific software and applications for inventory management or for technical repair and service reporting will be required.
