The ideal candidate will have industry experience and be proficient in various technical areas, including HVAC, electrical systems and project management. Responsibilities: • Supervise and coordinate daily activities to ensure optimal performance. • Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance. • Oversee HVAC systems, electrical systems and other critical infrastructure. • Perform preventive maintenance to extend the life of equipment. • Manage projects related to facility upgrades or repairs. • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities. • Train and mentor staff on best practices, safety protocols and technical skills. • Respond promptly to emergency requests and coordinate repairs as necessary.
