Pay: $27–$35/hr DOE Locations: SF, Oakland, South SF, Alameda, and nearby cities We’re looking for experienced maintenance and painting techs to join our team working in residential apartment buildings around the Bay Area. You’ll be handling unit turns, painting, light repairs, and general maintenance for multi-family properties. Must Have: 2+ years of experience in maintenance and/or painting Your own tools and reliable transportation Be dependable and show up on time Able to work independently and get the job done right Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, drywall, flooring, and general repairs We Offer: $27–$35/hr (based on experience) Steady full-time work, Monday–Friday Overtime available Great team and consistent projects across multiple sites How to Apply: Send your name, phone number, and a short summary of your experience.
