Here's What You'll Do: -Pick and Pack Orders: Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipment, ensuring items are correctly matched and ready for delivery. -Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, verifying, and tracking inventory, including performing regular cycle counts to maintain accurate stock levels. -Material Handling: Operate warehouse equipment, including pallet jacks and motorized vehicles, to load and unload shipments safely and efficiently. -Shipping and Receiving: Ensure timely shipment of products and assist with unloading incoming goods and verifying accuracy of orders. -Warehouse Maintenance: Contribute to keeping the warehouse clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment. Troubleshoot, repair, and install fixtures and equipment such as doors, locks, shelving, and signage. Complete preventative maintenance to keep systems and equipment in working order. Respond quickly to service requests, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently. Maintain accurate records of work performed, including time, materials, and maintenance schedules. Communicate clearly with clients and project managers to ensure expectations are met. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; trade school certification in electrical systems preferred. Minimum 3 years of experience in retail/facility maintenance, with strong knowledge of electrical repair and troubleshooting. Basic knowledge of plumbing and HVAC a plus. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Based in South Florida, with occasional travel within the surrounding area. Valid Florida driver’s license and reliable transportation. Flexible schedule with occasional evenings or weekends.
