Good communication, attention to details, good interpersonal interactions with homeowners a must. • Utilize specialized equipment to clean dryer vents and components, including dismantling of the clothes dryers. • Remove lint, debris, and potential blockages to enhance safety and performance. • Ensure proper resealing and repair of access points post-cleaning. • Collaborate with team members to coordinate work schedules and assignments. • Provide exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries professionally. • Maintain accurate records of services performed and materials used. Requirements: • Physical ability to lift and maneuver equipment as required. • Valid driver's license, Social Security Number and reliable transportation. • Willingness to work flexible hours, including every other Saturday. • Commitment to safety protocols and guidelines. • Enjoy driving from job to job • MUST be Good on ladders • Mechanical and light construction skills a must, use of tools, sheetrock repairs helpful. Looking for someone to help weed whack 3 days a week 20-30hr a week and the occasional landscaping job which the pay goes up to 25/hr. Now that we are near the end of the season it won’t be 3 days a week but I can get you 15-20hours a week.
