We are seeking a reliable and skilled Handyman to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a broad range of repair and maintenance skills and the ability to work independently to complete a variety of tasks in residential and/or commercial properties Responsibilities: Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical, carpentry, painting, and drywall Conduct routine inspections and identify maintenance needs Respond to work orders in a timely and professional manner Maintain a clean and safe work environment Communicate effectively with clients or property managers about repair timelines and outcomes Requirements: Proven experience as a handyman or in a similar role Strong knowledge of maintenance tools and techniques Ability to handle physical workload and lift up to 50 lbs Good communication and problem-solving skills Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Basic tools preferred Monday Through Saturday Needed (NOT NEGOTIABLE)
