Pathway Homes is a nonprofit, community-based organization providing housing and supportive services to adults with disabilities in Fairfax and Prince William Counties. We are looking for full-time (32 hours/week) handyman to join our team. Pay: $17/hour Schedule: 8a- 4:30pm Monday-Wednesday & Friday. Thursday off. WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING? - Assists with unit turnovers - Supports tenant moves - Routine & preventative maintenance tasks - Pick up donations - Completes routine inspections - Posts tenant notices - Assists with deliveries and coordinating with contractors Required qualifications: Experience with general maintenance and repair. Able to climb ladders and lift < 80lbs. Valid driver’s license and own vehicle. Must be able to pass a criminal background check and driving record check. Ability to engage and communicate with empathy and caring.
