General Construction (Anchorage)

General Construction positions available immediately! Laborers/Installer positions pay rate is $25-$45 DOE, bi-weekly pay. We are a successful and growing company based in Anchorage. We have an excellent opportunity for highly motivated people! Requirements for this job: -Individuals MUST be willing to obtain knowledge and learn new skills -Ability to do physical labor and other strenuous physical tasks, including ability to life more than 50 pounds -Strong work ethic, self-motivated, and ability to maturely take constructive criticism and correction -You must be able to work as a team and converse with clients respectfully -Reliable -Goal-oriented and ability to work with minimal supervision -Ability to travel up and down ladders -Compliance with safety regulations -Results-focused with a strong sense of urgency and accountability Duties: -Preparing and cleaning the job site, as well as work yard/shed/work trucks -Loading and unloading materials -Operating equipment, including hand tools -Maintaining tools -Follow Muni codes Experience in construction/roofing is a plus!
