














Requirements: At least Bachelor’s college degree Minimum three-years commitment (willingness to relocate a plus!) 3+ years of in-home childcare experience, or some in-home experience combined with other experience (daycare worker, teacher, etc.) Bilingual (English and Russian) Verifiable references (childcare, business, personal, educational) Driver’s License with good driving record (if job requires driving) Non-smoker Valid U.S. work authorization (EAD is accepted) At-home and daily responsibilities: Supervision and Safety: Ensuring the children's safety and well-being in all activities, both indoors and outdoors. Personal Care: Bathing, dressing, and diapering/potty training (if needed). Feeding and Meal Preparation: Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and drinks, as well as assisting with meal preparation. Hygiene: Assisting with personal hygiene practices, such as brushing teeth, washing hands, and staying clean. Naptime and Sleep Schedules: Managing the children's nap and sleep schedules. Emotional Support: Providing emotional support, nurturing care, and creating a positive and loving environment. Educational Activities: Engaging in age-appropriate educational activities, such as reading, crafting, playing games, and learning through play. Homework Assistance: Assisting with homework, school projects, and test preparation. Developmental Stimulation: Planning activities and experiences that promote the children's social, emotional, and intellectual development. Drop-off and Pick-up: Driving children to and from school, extracurricular activities, and appointments. Arranging Playdates and Outings: Planning and coordinating playdates, outings, and other social activities. Light Housekeeping: Maintaining a clean and organized environment, including tidying play areas, bedrooms, and the kitchen. Laundry: Doing the children's laundry, including linens and clothing. Errands: Running errands, such as grocery shopping, picking up dry cleaning, or making other necessary purchases. Communicating with Parents: Providing regular updates on the children's well-being, activities, and progress. Administering Medication: With parental permission, administering medication as prescribed. Providing First Aid: Providing basic first aid in case of minor injuries or illnesses. Following Dietary Restrictions: Following specific dietary needs and restrictions, as instructed by parents. Fluency in Russian and deep knowledge of Russian Culture.
