Essential Job Functions: ● Respond to resident maintenance requests. ● Maintain cleanliness and overall appearance of the property. ● Complete necessary repairs on building exteriors and common areas as assigned by supervisor. ● Complete unit turnovers. ● Perform installations and repairs involving electricity, plumbing, carpentry, and appliances. ● Comply with company safety program rules, attend safety meetings, and perform all tasks safely. Requirements: ● 1+ years of direct experience in general maintenance ● Available to work flexible hours (weekends, on-call, overtime). ● Reliable transportation ● Valid driver's license and vehicle registration/insurance required. ● Required to work weekends, on-call, and may be required to live on-site. ● Required to speak and write English in a manner that can be understood. This area focuses on the installation and repair of septic tank covers, drain clearing and unclogging, and camera inspections to diagnose drainage and sewer problems. The ideal candidate must have strong technical skills, previous experience in residential and commercial plumbing, and knowledge related to wastewater systems. Key responsibilities: • Install and replace septic tank covers and drainage systems. • Perform clearing and unclogging of main and secondary pipes. • Conduct camera inspections to locate pipe damage, roots, or blockages. • Diagnose and repair leaks, seepage, and water pressure issues. • Operate specialized tools and equipment such as pressure machines, inspection cameras, and pumping equipment. • Ensure compliance with safety standards and environmental regulations. • Provide professional customer service and guidance on septic system and plumbing maintenance. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (preferably with experience in septic systems and drains). • Knowledge of drain cleaning machines, hydrojet, and inspection cameras. • Ability to work independently and solve problems on-site. • Valid driver's license (required). • Availability for emergencies and after-hours work.
