





The Field Administrator plays a crucial role in supporting the operations of our team by attending mandatory field meetings. These meetings are crucial to the Business Development of our organization. And, the information retrieved in these meetings assist with cost estimates provided to clients. This is a Part Time On Call position. Schedule is provided on a weekly basis. Each meeting takes 1-3 hours maximum. You will only attend (1) meeting per day. Payment is received on the same day you attend the meeting. Attend Mandatory Field Meetings and perform facility walk through. Ask questions during the meeting that are provided by the Operations Administrator. Complete mandatory sign in sheet and take picture of the sign in sheet for record keeping. Record number of attendees. Reliable Transportation Punctual Ability to operate a Smart Phone. Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively. Experience in administrative roles, including clerical experience and office management. Strong typing skills with attention to detail for accurate data entry. Demonstrated time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently. Knowledge of phone etiquette to ensure professional communication at all times. Previous experience in customer support roles is beneficial.
