Pay: $500.00 - $1,200.00 per week Job description: Job Summary The Emergency Roadside Specialist plays a crucial role in providing immediate assistance to motorists experiencing vehicle breakdowns or emergencies. This position requires a proactive individual who can work independently and efficiently in various roadside situations. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge and hands-on skills to diagnose and resolve common vehicle issues, ensuring the safety and satisfaction of our customers. We provide Tire changes, Jump Starts, Lockouts and Fuel delivery Responsibilities Respond promptly to emergency calls for roadside assistance, including flat tires, dead batteries, lockouts, and fuel delivery. Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to perform minor repairs and maintenance on vehicles. Conduct thorough vehicle assessments to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions. Maintain a clean and organized service vehicle, ensuring all necessary equipment is readily available. Provide exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with motorists about the services being performed. Document all services rendered and maintain accurate records of work completed during each shift. Stay updated on industry best practices and new technologies related to vehicle maintenance and emergency roadside assistance. Skills Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for vehicle repairs. Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot common automotive issues. Familiarity with diagnostic tools such as ohmmeters for electrical system assessments. Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure in fast-paced environments. Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and provide clear explanations of services performed. A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is preferred.
